         That's a well documented case, quite a paper trail indeed. I happen to know that Mike Cox is getting some angry abuse from other party people right now, not being a team player, etc. Of course, some of us think it matters what kind of team you want to be on. Others, any way to win will do.

         On reading "... substantial departure from these guidelines carries significant risk that the state's allocation method will be ruled non-compliant ...", one has to ask, who will do the ruling? Will it be Republican National Committeemen like Mr. Saul Anuzis, Esq., and his cohorts? Somehow, I don't feel a great deal of faith in what's so popularly called "the rule of law".

         As for Mr. Schostak, I remember hearing this story before. Remember what Richard Nixon had to resign over? It wasn't what he originally did (or didn't) do. It was for the cover up afterward.
