    Nevermind the backroom dealing that prompted Jack Hoogendyk to drop out of the Chairman race (7 men entered, and we don't get to vote on any of them), or the exclusion-slash-"dropping out" of a couple of vice-chair positions.

    And it's 18 months until the primary... There's still plenty of time for back-room dealings.
