Why not take and cut the pure Michigan ads, run an ad about 211. I can't put the exact/perfect/right words to it, but the idea would be to let people who are enraged, feeling explosive, having diabolical thoughts, let these people know that all they gotta to do is pick up the phone dial 211, they can talk about what's bothering them, give them some time to think about it and cool down a little.
