during an interview on the Frank Beckman WJR-AM radio program, he did advise Frank that he thought that a guy you railed against, Fred Upton is a conservative. Upton is hardly that as you have noted many times.

While your points about the results of the 2008 elections have some validity, I guess I would just point out that Anuzis was one of 50 state Republican leaders who did not step up and howl loudly against the direction G. W. Bush and allegedly conservative Republican leaders were taking the country domestically. I can well recall many days listening to him on the Ron Jolly show on WTCM-AM during the 2008 election cycle. Jolly would ask him a question specific to Michigan politics, and Anuzis would go off on about the national race. So perhaps he just wasn't interested in shoring up the Michigan base at that time?

I also don't recall him, as MIaGOP chairman, making any effort to advance the cause of taking our Karl Lenin. A difficult thing to do, but somebody has to start the ball rolling.

Anuzis has also come out in favor of net neutrality: http://www.michigancapitolconfidential.com/14066
just like many in the regressive democrat party. He is far from conservative IMO.

I know its not considered polite to come to rightmichigan and rail against one of the boys, but dammit, the country and our freedom is hanging in the balance. There is a huge fight still to be waged by the grassroots not only with the regressives in the democrat party, but also with the people in the Republican party that did not or refuse to listen to the message we sent on 11/2/2010.
