"Re-Balancing" My words. Just calling in a way that I see it. Threshold changes from 60K to 40K for when the taxes become phased in would be the same as lowering thresholds for graduated taxes elsewhere. And after typing that out, makes me wonder if it is even legal given our Michigan constitution. They might have to tax it all.

As for waiting ... like it or not, there are liabilities we MUST pay. Most of the "found money" revealed in the ORE report will be used to settle debts so our children won't be saddled with them.
