The costs associated with the proper treatment can be overwhelming.  But it is not the responsibility of other people.  Calley is close to it, and a friend up here is close to it, and they both will do all they can to justify spending taxpayer dollars, mandating private insurers, and generally robbing Peter to pay for Paul's kids' problem.
