    Convention Day 2: Republicans Give Blood

    This is one of the most amazing things that I have ever seen. A blood donation station has been set up here in the Michigan delegation hotel. Hundreds of people are lining up to give blood in an effort to help victims of hurricane Gustav. What an incredible outpouring of generosity. The first person in line was the Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party himself, Saul Anuzis.
