    RightMichigan's De Leeuw speaks to Northern Michigan Republicans

    RightMichigan.com publisher Nick De Leeuw was in Gaylord on Monday evening to keynote the Otsego County Republican Party's Lincoln Day Dinner.

    Joining De Leeuw were Senators Michelle McManus and Tony Stamas, House Republican Leader Kevin Elsenheimer, former Representatives John Moolenaar and Tom Casperson, Michigan Republican Party First Congressional District chairman Jeff Lamb, Republican Women's Federation of Michigan president June Jackson, and yours truly.

    It was a great event with about 50 Republicans in attendance.

    For my part, I had a blast.  And though I heard a rumor about a giant hook hiding somewhere off to the side, they never used it (probably just being kind to the Grand Rapids kid).

    Hey, look at that picture... and that giant sign hanging inconspicuously off on the left.  Hah.  Classic.
