I've been parking my car on the street due to the fact that I get home before the wife and I leave before the wife. Then there's the fact that she has PT in the morning.

Needless to say, I really don't feel like playing car jockey all the time, so, like I said, I just park on the side of the road.

Never saw any sign saying no parking between 0200-0500, but there's an ordinance that says just that. According to Section 8.03 of the Lansing City Code:

No person shall park any vehicle on either side of any street between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day with the following exception:
(a)   At the recommendation of the City Traffic Engineer and Traffic Board, Council may suspend, by resolution, the prohibition against parking on Horton Street between 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. for no more than one year as part of a pilot program for parking changes on a specific street, area, or neighborhood.

So really? No parking on any city street (except as indicated) between 2 and 5?
