Certainly the credentials committees are ALWAYS straight up and honorable.

A predetermined candidate would have no problem with an integrity breakdown in Michigan politics.  By golly OUR credentials committee would NEVER stoop to this miserable level of candidate manipulation, right?  Right???

"This year, the Wisconsin GOP is on track for something like 2,000 delegates, which would be double the largest state convention. The majority of those are opposed to Tommy Thompson.

Asa result, the GOP "Credentials Committee" met and tried to disqualify new delegates who signed up after county caucuses (signing up after the county caucuses is permissible under Article XIII, Section 4 of the Wisconsin GOP's constitution). The motion was defeated 7 to 5 with 4 absences. Now the state GOP wants to re-fight this fight tonight and get the 4 absentee committeemen to show up."

    Nah.

    Our guys have integrity.

    Character matters.

OK, TEA folk, let's see whatchya got.  Now Cantor is out campaigning for Obama.

The insiders are battening down their caucus hatches on the TEA folk like an infantile puppy that shat on the carpet a few times: the insiders are very publicly rubbing TEA noses in it.

This has been building for some time my friend. (none / 0) (#2)

Remember when the Tea Party was called schizophrenic by a man whose election wouldn't have been possible without Tea Party support?

Here's a hint (sorry, I can't get the embed to work right now).

And then we get from these Judases:

    "Thanks!"

    "See ya!"

"Don't let the door hit you on the way out!"

"Whoa, hey! Look at that calender? It election time again."

There is going to be an awful lot of damage control happening between now and November.

The sad part here is that if they would only stick to their principles (and the rules), none of that would even be necessary.
