Reverting edits[edit]
It is considered impolite to revert an edit without as much as even discussing it. It is also considered edit warring, which is a blockable offense on Commons and Wikipedia. In this case, there has been extensive discussion at en:Talk:Republican Party presidential primaries, 2012, where consensus leans toward keeping the image as color-blind friendly, even if it is uglier. Please discuss there before reverting again. Thanks. Magog the Ogre (talk) 03:38, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
- No there wasn't. One or two people is not consensus. The colors have there for months. We already changed the state map. The whole color-blind issue is completely overblown.TL565 (talk) 04:02, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
About 5% of people in this world are color-blind. I wouldn't call it "overblown" if 5% of people can't read our map simply because of our color selection. Magog the Ogre (talk) 04:13, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

- Yes, but I don't see people making a big deal about in the talk page. I can only see one person who brought up the problem. Also how many of that 5% are checking the map? How do you know that if the colors may be friendly to one type of color-blind but not to another? TL565 (talk) 04:26, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
- First, there has certainly been more than one color-blind user to complaing about this, unless I'm mistaken. And even if there has only been one, this isn't the first time I've had a user complain to me about a map not being color-blind friendly, so I know it's a frequent occurence. Second, I know it's color-blind friendly because Vischeck tells me it is. 04:52, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
