that circulators must live in the district. I also knew that the Michigan in-district law was being challenged in a Kent County court (not by me). The intention with the Dillon recall was to use in-district circulators, not to test the law.

My failure was not providing adequate oversight to ensure that this was being done. Several key circulators had Redford Twp. mailing addresses and honestly believed they live in Redford when, in fact, they live on the border.
