    not legal at higher levels.

Like it or not, if there is a threshold, and a law that has basis in the threshold, we have an obligation to uphold that law.  This is merely a tool in the toolbox.

As you might have guessed over the years, I am hardly a prohibitionist, nor am I one that bleeds sympathy for government oversight of our personal choices. But this is the backside of the great cradle-to-grave-no-responsibility-for-ourselves conundrum.  I don't like that either, but here we are facing down the effects that now have to be mitigated through enforcement and oversight of consumables that have the effect of destroying communities.

I am all about personal responsibility, but these illegal operations that cultivate drugs from legal substances see no difference between a decision maker who can accept a new miserable existence for his act, or a child who has not yet been taught of all the options.

This is not making it illegal. Instead, it keeps it over the counter, and assists in slowing the proliferation of the cooking sites in our state.

Its good law IMO.  Or at least as good as it can be.
