Anti-military.. yeah, one of the things I don't agree with them on. I don't think we should be world cops (Kosovo/Libya). I rather take a few on national defense to be that similar to oncology - just like you wouldn't wait for cancer to get to the critical organs before you begin treatment, you don't let crazies from some third world shithole get to your borders before you take action. Nip that shit in the bud.

Paul's page on national defense makes me think that he would be willing to take that stance as well with the evidence.

Additionally, even though he was a doctor in the AF, he probably still would have a much better grasp on how the military works than whoever the hell the dems would throw at us.

The abort thing... honestly, I think you would find that more with the straight out Ayn Rand Objectivists more than the LP party. In fact, Ron Paul is even against abortion.

Drugs - if someone wants to get stoned, it's on them, just like if someone wants to booze it up and get shitty. If someone wants to get stupid, bust out the $100 bill, razor, and a mirror, and then try to fuck with me, they get the business end of the Glock, or whatever the hell else I have with me. A blade would do the job as well - quick hit to the carotid and it's game over.
