    long shared your thoughts. Snyder is not just a limp wrist moderate Republican, he is a stalking horse for the marxist overlords.

    Snyder is celebrated by those who practise getevenwithemism (the NOT Taxed Enough Already Party) for his tax on pensions. I suspect many of NTEA voted no on prop 5 because they like taking from others to get even with the others and get their share of the goodies. Those people are not all traditional 'rat voters. Snyder will be reelected in 2014.

    I also suspect that all of the bluster I heard on radio yesterday about how the republicans are going to/thinking about/exploring introducing right to work legislation to get even with Bob King for prop 2 will come to nothing because Rick Jerko doesn't want to see such legislation on his desk.

    Just pointing out an inconsistency from this election.

    We elected Stabenow & Obama and as you pointed out, shot down prop's 5 & 6. These are proposals Stabenow, Obama and Snyder want. I'm just a bit surprised that with that level of support for the lib agenda, why was the green energy mandate and collective bargaining power grab voted down at the same time.

    You would think there would be some consistency in the way this election shook out.

    To me, it makes no sense. Or, it could be there are a lot more really 'low information' voters out there.
