I don't loathe Gary Glenn. I'm simply pointing out that he is being inconsistent on the issue, and he's making an argument against a fairly well set-in-stone judicial precedent.
I didn't vote for Hoekstra, so I'm not sure why you're trying to connect me to him.
My signing the petition has NOTHING to do with this issue. That petition had to do with how the GOP discusses the issue. I still believe that states (such as Michigan) have the right to define marriage as between a man and a woman.
There's no bullshit to call me out on. You still have not said what was incorrect about my legal analysis of the case. Typically, when someone resorts to the logical fallacy of an ad hominem, they do so because they cannot logically refute the point that they claim they oppose.
