    I'm not arguing with you, I'm just giving you what I think SCOTUS would say about this.

    In terms of 10th A vs. 14th A: I think it would be pretty irrelevant in the Court's mind which came first, because the 14th A prohibits states from enforcing laws that violate the equal protection and due process rights that the amendment gives. Even if the state would have had the right to discriminate against non-property owning people in terms of voting (and it probably would have that right), it doesn't in the view of the Court after the 14th A.

    I'd be very curious to see how this plays out if you bring the challenge, and I really hope that you do. Please keep us updated! Are you an attorney or are you looking for someone to do it pro bono?
