    As a Republican living in a city with no Republicans on the City Council - I already feel I am not adequately represented. At least with the Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act I felt I had a shot at knowing what those Democrats were doing on my behalf. However if they are conducting business through emails, then there isn't the same type of accountability for their actions.
