Unions nix job saving plan: The public (of which teachers and all school staff are a part) must take an absolute stand for sensible things that work. That the union is the problem. They continually show their true disregard for 'workers' by not allowing necessary fixes. The employee pool shrinks but the union still gets their take. This is ignorant and blatantly anti worker. Back in 1979 Iacocca agreed to work for a $1 a year until Chrysler turned a profit. These principles must be demanded today. If the school staff all stand together, won't this force the union to make concessions?
