If he is going to go after the unions you can bet I will hear lots of whining day in and day out.  

As far as I am concerned about half of the departments in Michigan government should be privatized.  If state employees think they are as good as they say they are - let them survive in the private sector.  Companies would get the cream of the crop from all walks of the employment sector, save the state money and add to the employment levels as well as the tax dole, all the while eliminating the legacy costs being foisted upon the taxpayers.

My biggest wish would be to eliminate teacher unions but we know that isn't going to happen in our life time.
