    It really is a crying shame that Bachmann not only has a bigger pair than most in the GOP, but she also eclipses them in integrity too.

    Excellent question!

    According to the GOP's own Pledge to America (a copy can be conveniently found here on page 9), one of the campaign promises made was to require Constitutional Authority for all bills proposed.

    Given that the EPA was created by Tricky Dick back in '70 via E.O., and not through any Constitutional authority whatsoever, it should be a simple matter to defund its operations entirely.
