    is beyond me.

    I would argue it would still be inappropriate to boo the president or the first lady, but I cannot imagine a top ranking Republican being invited to an event populated by 99% Democrat leftists as a keynote or MC, like the national Hollywood Sodomy festival.

    Anyhow, would have remained silent at least to honor the military hero present.
