The administrator's office received the invitation which also had a "contribution" form for the cost of the breakfast from Greg Andrews at his Marquette office.  The form was something that was created for the GTGOP collection of the plate cost.

OK..  so no big deal, it was one shot to the administrator's office.

Then that office forwarded it to us, and the lone Democrat on the board had a cow.  

Bad idea to send it? mmm  yeah probably, given it has a fundraising element to it.  may have violated some part of electioneering law.

The level of damage in the real world? ZIP.  Any of the commissioners who would be likely to go to this affair already bought tickets a while back. I think there were three of nine who went.

How about those MEA tax dollar paid employees organizing the recalls around Michigan!
