    Fortunately there are a lot of folks giving the correct NO voters Hooker, McMillin, Nesbitt, Opsommer a hard time because the YES voters are telling them that by voting Yes they were voting to defund Obamacare.

    The 119 million that was LEFT IN the bill can be used by Obama Care Health Exchange if created  because it was funding for an IT system and the "electronic transfer of medical records" which is the foundation of Obama Care

     The MOST the YES voters can say is that they fought to keep some aspects of Obamacare OUT of the bill that eventually made its way to them. And people NEED to understand this!

    I'll be sending an e-mail of thanks to those few brave NO voters who GET IT!
