    I was unable to find it on their website.

    And it wasn't a Granholm net tax cut, an oxymoron if there ever was one, it was a delay in the income tax rollback.

    Not quite as hard as finding an unedited copy of Pres. B.O.'s long-form birth certificate, but here you go.

    "Highlights of the budget deal include a 6-month pause in the scheduled income tax cut set to take effect January 1, 2004, to July 1. The pause is estimated to save $77 million in state general fund revenues. The revenue will be split between higher education, revenue sharing to municipalities, and the K-12 per pupil grant to lessen the severity of cuts originally proposed to those budgets."


    "GOP balks at freezing tax cut

    The state GOP's governing committee passed a resolution opposing any pause in the rate cut on Nov. 22. On Tuesday, GOP Chairwoman Betsy DeVos sent a memo to Republican lawmakers telling them "we need to stand firm to keep the income tax rollback in place."

    Democrats charge that DeVos' outspoken opposition to tampering with the tax cut is intimidating to GOP lawmakers worried about future political career options."
