    where they give "campaign donations" to members of both parties to keep the road repair business and skip that part of the cost? I'm looking out the window as I type to see if a pig flys by.

    Maybe they could learn, with all that newfangled technology they have, to fix the roads right the first time rather than coming back summer after summer to the same stretch. Still looking for that pig to fly by.

    Anyway, Zer0 will be redistributing the wealth to the states in the form of stimulus checks so maybe we won't get hit with a tax...er,uh fee increase afterall. No pig yet.
