• Dingell voted for a huge military budget that included "The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act" because committing crimes against a preferred class is more egregious than committing crimes against the working class or bourgeoisie.

   
• He voted against HR1207, The Federal Reserve Transparency Act.  A vote against HR1207 is a vote to preserve the secrecy and unaccountability of the PRIVATE Federal Reserve, an unconstitutional and corrupt conglomeration of eugenicists that have effectively bankrupted the country.  FYI: Since 1913, when the Federal    Reserve Act and 16th Amendment were supposedly passed the value of the USD has depreciated 95%.  In other words, something that you could buy for $.05 in 1913 would cost you $1.00 today.


• The Cybersecurity Act of 2009:

Essentially, the Act would federalize critical infrastructure security. Since many of our critical infrastructure systems (banks, telecommunications, energy) are in the hands of the private sector, the bill would create a major shift of power away from users and companies to the federal government. This is a potentially dangerous approach that favors the dramatic over the sober response.

   
• "Cap and Tax," a massive energy regulation bill, that he freely admitted was an enormous tax.
