After the debate, the Cain train made it to Traverse City. I'll hit on it a little more tomorrow, and probably feed pictures and video for the next week, but I felt the need to get this out tonight.

On short notice, a few conservatives were able to pull together a little gathering for Herman Cain to get a little more base support for Michigan activities. Some of that support is being recruited at the michigansupportscain.com website.  What we thought initially to be a 2-300 person affair, grew in our minds to 500-600 shortly before the event.

Folks, we had well over 1200 (maybe 1500) with standing room only and overflow, including the necessity to not allow any more folks inside dues to fire regs.

The man who would be the Presidential nominee for the Republican party not only charmed the crowds, but those in the media as well, garnering favorable coverage throughout the entire night.  His straight forward way of talking, and inspiring story continues to captivate and win over new Cain supporters every time he speaks.
