The report says the 26-year-old from was pulled over early Saturday going 60 mph, weaving in heavy traffic and changing lanes with a turn signal.

The report says she was driving a black 2011 Jaguar and "immediately identified herself as Miss USA."

In the report, officers said a half-full wine bottle was on the floorboard behind the driver's seat. Two breath tests showed a 0.19 percent and a 0.20 percent blood-alcohol level.

Michigan law defines drunkenness at a level of 0.08 percent.

Miss Fakih's representatives did not return a request for comment.

According to Fakih's attorney Doraid Elder, she realized she was too intoxicated to drive and was pulling over when police spotted her on Woodward Avenue.

Police would not release information, including Fakih's blood alcohol level.

Oh?  That's odd.  Police never had a moments problem with releasing Elena Ford information.  For that matter, police didn't have a problem with releasing information about a Super Drunk school teacher that was posted on here earlier this year.

Hmmm, one could go as far as saying that in Wayne County, the smell of taqiyya in the air is so thick that one could slice it with a knife, eh?

Now, this sharmutah is at it again. She was caught on video at Greystone Manor bar in Hollywood, publicly drunk and wandering in the streets, clearly wasted. She should have been arrested for public drunkenness by those cops on the video.
