    I mean it.

Given some recent examples of charter school performance versus public school performance.

The remainder of the scores are identical.  Follow the image to a more complete representation. (PDF)

I have suggested before that schools be contracted out for the sake of the children.  Don't teach the kids? Don't get paid.

"The best way for Detroit to clean up that mess, is to kick ALL the teachers, employees, and management in the Detroit schools to the curb.  Then open contracts and bidding for the purchase or rental of the school buildings and resources."

    Yep.

Fees for services rendered. How unconventional.

...anyone thinks that they're going to touch the teachers unions in this state.  Mr. Roberts maintains it's not about truth but about a culture in Detroit or something like that.  Bonus footage: Wayne County Ficano proclaims he's a proud Democrat then lays in a nice slam on Democrat Jennifer Granholms' tax manipulation for her bloated budgets that still cause problems.

Would anyone really expect different results from The Great UniterNerd?

Our sons helped a Dearborn charter school develop an online administrative and inventory management system that allowed them to be profitable while funding was being reduced.

Our youngest is returning tonight from this charter school conference in Atlanta where there was a great deal of interest in this system.  http://www.nationalcharterconference.org/

Too bad public schools are locked into in-house solutions [government employee IT] and can't take advantage of it.
