    Upon close inspection of the Constitution itself, ANY federal official may be impeached, INCLUDING Justices of the Supreme Court. Why, oh, why hasn't this country focused aspect of judicial accountability?

    For that matter, impeach also Justice Kagan for NOT recusing herself in the Obamacare case as being biased (clear conflict of interest), having argued for it as an attorney for the federal government.

    Please note: DO NOT do these impeachments until after the 2012 election where the states will run red with the (proverbial and symbolic) blood of the Democrats! Thank you!

    As much as I appreciate the sentiment, under Art 3, Sec 1, as long as they are holding their offices during "good behavior", they cannot be touched.

    Short of Roberts being found in bed with a dead hooker or a ten-year old boy (or Kagan with the same), removing them will be difficult, at best.

    As much as I'd hate to say this: To overturn Obamacare, you're going to need a clear majority of True Bona-fide 100% Grade A Conservatives in the House and Senate.

    That, and pray that Willard actually keeps his word if he's elected.

    . . . you and I go back a long way.  However, I am going to have to disagree with you on this one.  The rationale for that disagreement will be the topic of an opinion piece that I'm intending to get finished off whilst it's still timely.

    It's not that I don't see it your way.  Frankly, I would have preferred that Chief Roberts would have joined the other four conservative associates (Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas, and Alito) and just thrown the whole damn thing onto the scrap heap.

    However, I've taken the time to dissect the Opinion of the Court, and I'm right now looking at this a tad differently.

    Now, where is that Snydholm Insurance Exchange fleecing state tax dollars for insurance whores for Willard to administer The Mandate at the state level?
