"Stop or I'll shoot" has a different meaning in that local hmm?

I want to throat stab people when they try to defend law enforcement with a line of "There are bad apples in any organization". There's a difference - cops get the benefit of essentially being able to act with impunity, even if what they do would get regular schmoes tossed in the clink for a long time (especially when it's essentially codified into law -see the fourth to last paragraph of the link)
