Thanks for the link to Police State USA, i plan to dig into that. There are many cops who uphold and defend; there are significant numbers who see the Constitutions as impedements thus the repeated attempt to bait the "proned" citizen.

I never did hear the outcome of the case in Crawford County in '13 where the dad was shoved around in front of his family because IIRC dad objected to violation of his 4th amendment rights.

Johann Deffert and Steve Dulan (Deffert's attorney) are going to be putting the hurt on the city of Grand Rapids (and the police department as well).
