Who are the NERD fund donors Mr Snyder?

(Promoted by Nick... Now THIS is a comforting thought...)

    From CNSNews dot com:

During his speech at a National Press Club luncheon, House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.), questioned the point of lawmakers reading the health care bill.

"I love these members, they get up and say, `Read the bill,'" said Conyers.

"What good is reading the bill if it's a thousand pages and you don't have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?"

Perhaps the congressman signs everything, as long as it is proposed by a statist, without reading it?  How many laws does the federal government impose upon the people which nobody understands?  I would guess the vast majority of them.

"Laws are made for men of ordinary understanding and should, therefore, be  construed by the ordinary rules of common sense.  Their meaning is not to be sought for in metaphysical subtleties which may make anything mean everything or nothing at pleasure."-Thomas Jefferson

have been in leadership positions all across the state of MI for years, in every area! I think 'proof is in the pudding' applies here.

Requesting a lawmaker to read proposed law is wasting time, according to Conyers.

He's also concerned that it doesn't propose enough "change" even though he hasn't read the bill. IOW this is all about ideology for him. He wants more socialist changes regardless of individuals. He only wants group think while disrespecting individuals.

That Thomas Jefferson quote is perfect!
