In a 'garden party' hosted by the Leelanau Republican women, Michigan state senator Darwin Booher (R-35) clarified that he would NOT be voting for the Medicaid expansion bill being advanced by Governor Rick Snyder.

The garden party, held on Sunday at a local small business, was attended by Republican US Senate candidate Terri Lynn Land, State Senator Darwin Booher, State Representatives Ray Franz (R-101), Bruce Rendon (R-103), and other local politicians and interested citizens.  Booher announced he "would not be voting for medicaid expansion" during a part of the program where elected officials and prospective candidates spoke.

Booher has also spoken out against the "outrageous fine" levied on Mark Baker of Baker's acres for the heinous crime of trying to farm in Michigan.

Call his office and thank him for his principled stand on these important issues.

Sen. Booher highlights a very good reason... (none / 0) (#1)

...why Bill Schuette, and the stealth Democrat self-invented Nerd persona will not be receiving a vote by me and numerous others in my parts.

All it took was passing out amongst some key County folks, this piece on Jim Blanchard/Debbie Stabenow/Mike Rogers cronies having Mangalista without penalty, while Mark Baker is crucified.  The folks with farms and hunting ranches in my parts know they are not exempt from the alleged two party pay-to-play system that State Agriculture Commissioner Dan Coe, operates.

Their turn in the barrel could easily be next, and AG Bill Schuette could give a rats ass.  That is fact.

To add some extra fuel to the fire, it was more than interesting to also inform that the Nerd's affirmative action DNR turd polisher was Peter Principled to here's a taxpayer funded paycheck to watch the sinking ship Czar.  I reckon them splash parks could be considered the Nerd's "placemaking" Czar "parks and rec guy" Rodney Stoke handiwork in action.

Truly amazing is how uninformed folks react to the aforementioned.  Prolly another reason why the Ann Arbor jagoff was seen at the County Fair with Rep. Pettalia, tagging along the past week.  Bee-esS sells I suppose, though not many buy another helping of it.  Not with those who choose to be informed, anyway.
